Each Toy Boxx member purchases a share in the fleet, meaning they have fractional ownership of every car in the collection.
Each Toy Boxx member will be given points in return for their annual maintenance contribution which can be redeemed for days in the cars, with different cars costing a different amount of points per day.
The Toyboxx will constantly manage the fleet, rotating cars in and out like-for-like or changes for cars of similar style and purpose, this is to maintain the value of the fleet, protect against depreciation, and increase variety for members.
The Toyboxx will also occasionally purchase investment vehicles which are not to be driven by the members but are instead held to appreciate in value and offset depreciation.

The ToyBoxx referral scheme allows every member to make money via their referral code.

We know some members will want to take the cars to car meets, and shows, attend shows without one of the cars, or simply just meet people who would enjoy being a member of TTB.

Alternatively, the referring member can choose to take £1,000 of “credit” towards their maintenance contribution and driving points, giving them more days of driving and eliminating their upkeep requirements, effectively making their supercar ownership free.

Yes, when new shares are going to be issued, all existing members will be offered the chance to purchase these shares at a reduced price before they are offered to new members, owning more shares gives you more drive-time.

When a vehicle is added to the collection, each existing member is given a free day in that vehicle.

We may also occasionally receive vehicles on loan meaning we have access for a limited amount of time. This means we may host trackdays to allow everyone a chance to drive them, or open up a booking system for limited number of days.

We often buy and sell vehicles, replacing them with like-for-like or upgrading them to maintain the value of the collection and minimise depreciation. Our intention is to grow the collection, so, under normal circumstances, we won’t sell any vehicles without replacing them.

In the event that we do sell a vehicle without replacing it, the proceeds will be held and offset against the next vehicle purchase.

Yes, you can sell your shares to us during a buyback period (a period of time where we offer to purchase the shares from our existing members instantly at a set price), to an existing member, or to a new potential member, through us.

As a general rule, each vehicle can be taken from a minimum of 2 consecutive days, to a maximum determined by the remaining points on the account, however some cars may have slightly different rules so please check when booking.

Yes, different cars will use different amount of points, determined by the value and maintenance costs on that particular vehicle. To see a car’s points cost please head to it’s information page.

The Toy Boxx cars are primarily for driving on roads, not track driving.

If you would like to drive the cars on track, please come to one of the organised track days. Alternatively, contact us to arrange to cover the additional costs involved in attending a standard track day.

Each member makes an annual contribution to the upkeep costs of the collection.

This contribution is paid at the start of each year, starting with the deposit you pay when waiting for the share purchase to take place.

Should the upkeep costs change, the contributions will also change, meaning the more members we have, the more we can spread the costs.

The referral scheme offers each member the chance to negate their contribution requirement, with each referral crediting £1,000 against that member’s account.

On occasion, we will have a shortlist of cars which we may be able to add to the collection. In these instances we will ask for the input of the existing shareholders.
